Bhajan # 146 in the Premananda Bhajans book
He is Gaṇapati, He who has five hands and an elephant face, He whose form is that of ŌM. To Him, Lord Gaṇapati, we surrender ourselves. He, who is the darling child of His Mother Umā, He, who gives liberation and self-realisation, He, who is perfect and who showers great auspiciousness on us, He, who rides the rat and loves the mōdaka sweets, He, who was loved by Lord Krishṇa, to Him we surrender.
